Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription plans
TradegovernorPro is a paid software subscription. Plans are billed up front for the period you choose — monthly ($15), quarterly ($36), or yearly ($120) — and give you access to the risk engine for that period. Payment is accepted by M-Pesa, cryptocurrency (USDT), or bank transfer. For crypto and bank transfers your subscription is activated once your payment proof is verified.
2. No automatic renewal
We do not store your payment details and we do not auto-charge you. Each period is paid for manually, so a subscription simply lapses at the end of the paid term unless you choose to renew. You will never be billed by surprise.
3. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service and choose not to renew at any time — there is nothing to cancel beyond simply not paying for the next period. When your current paid period ends, monitoring pauses and, after a grace period, your connected accounts are disconnected. You can request disconnection sooner by contacting support.
4. 7-day service-failure guarantee
If, within 7 days of your first payment, the Service cannot be made to work for you — for example your account will not connect and our support team is unable to resolve it — you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. Contact us within the 7 days and we will process it.
5. Refunds after activation
Because TradegovernorPro is a digital service that begins working the moment it is activated, subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable once the period has started, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused days. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us — we review reasonable requests in good faith.
6. How to request a refund
Email or message us through our Contact page with the email on your account and your payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds via your original payment method where possible.
7. Important
A refund relates only to your software subscription fee. It has no connection to any trading profit or loss on your broker account — TradegovernorPro never holds your trading funds and cannot refund trading losses. Trading is high-risk; see our Terms & Conditions.
